I was one of several older cats whose owner passed away. For weeks I hid with my face to the wall in my foster home, not liking to be around the new cats. My foster mom moved me to her bedroom, alone, and I have gradually become more active and friendly, and now only occasionally swat if I don't like something. But I'm older and have been through a lot so that's ok! I sleep with and seek out attention from her at night. I'd make a devoted companion who is happy curled up somewhere , following you around, and enjoying our time together with many good year's remaining...

Our adoption coordinator gets to know our applicants via phone call to see if the animal they've asked about would be a good fit. If she thinks there would be an obstacle with that particular animal she talks with them about another pet we have that may better suit their needs.
