Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FIRST STEPS: Please visit https://www.save-a-mutt.org/adoption-application/ to fill out an application - a Petfinder Inquiry is not the adoption process. We don't do meet and greets until applications have been approved. All our dogs are located IN Washington State - we are a local foster based rescue and no transport from another state required. :) Thanks!

Meet Vivien from our Hollywood Litter. Well, we thought they were Border Collie mixes and much to our surprise, not a single bit of BC. Instead they are GSD / Bully / Doberman / Cattle Dogs. All these fun breeds and a great start in their CA foster home, has some really nice puppies looking for homes.
Vivien is currently fostered with other dogs and doing great. Her foster mom says they are pretty smart. She loves to explore with the resident dogs. They are quick learners. Although Vivien has not met cats, her littermates have and are doing great. Vivien is working on both crate training and housebreaking, but again, smart pups. We think a home with another friendly dog is always great, but they seem to be independent enough to be in a social dog only home.
Vivien is the smallest in the litter, we think she will be in the medium sized range. She is pretty sweet. She recently met kids at a yoga event and was great. This puppy is spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated! She recently was put on pet insurance and was cleared orthopedically. She's ready for adventures.
Each dog goes home with a goody bag including collar/leash, toys, chews, Kong, and more. You will receive all medical records, microchip transfer form and other paperwork at the time of adoption. Save-A-Mutt may require a training contract and refundable deposit (depending on previous dog experience) on our larger breed puppies.
Adoptions typically take place in Stanwood. This puppy is ready for its new home!
Adoption fee is $475. Save-A-Mutt is a registered 501c3 and half of your adoption fee may be tax deductible.
Save-A-Mutt is a foster based rescue, we do not have a facility to visit. Our adoptions are typically done Monday - Saturday, we are closed on Sunday’s to give our volunteers at least one day off. You must be available to do meets and adoptions during that time frame. We can make exceptions only with the approval of the foster home.
Please note, we have approximately a 300 mile adoption radius - Portland OR area and Vancouver BC is the farthest north. We don’t ship dogs, once approved you must pick them up in Snohomish County, WA. Canadian adopters must be able to come to Stanwood WA to pick up your puppy.
