My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


We rescued Mongo when he was 2 years old in February of 2023. We have had him fixed and brought him back to good health. He gets along with our female dog but unfortunately our male dog will not accept him into the family. Mongo loves walks, playing in the pool, car and golf cart rides. He plays and plays. You have to remind him to go to the restroom before bedtime because he goes and goes. He usually will not nap on his own until placed in his kennel but he will happy place his head on your lap and take a nap. He does have skin allergies so he requires a bath once or twice a week with medicated shampoo and ear cleaning. We use wipes in between baths for his face and tail. We recommend he goes to a loving home that can provide this attention. Also we recommend no small children, he gets excited and tends to be a bulldozer sometimes. He will follow you and become your shadow as a loyal companion.
