Description
Charlie is a well behaved, intelligent, gentle and amiable friend.

Personality
Charlie is VERY well behaved, laid back and level headed. He is a velcro dog who wants to be with you and will paw at you if you stop petting him. An obedient and smart good boy who genuinely understands and listens! Good with other dogs and follows commands. Would be a great first pet.
Charlie is athletic but not high energy. Good in the car and good with strangers. Just a sweet easy going guy.

Background
Charlie was found by a policeman in late 2022 while on duty. Charlie was microchipped so he was able to get in touch with the owner, but she no longer wanted him because she broke up with her boyfriend. She dumped him on the road and his rescuer ended up taking him home. He had Charlie for approximately 1 year but has too many dogs, so wanted Charlie to go to a better home where he will get the attention he deserves.
