My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


My dog Athena is a 1 year old half chow chow half american bull terrier. I have had her for the last 9 months after taking her from a family member who had been in an accident rendering her unable to care for the dog. She is a very affectionate very playful dog who would likely be best placed with an active individual. I am giving her up because recently I have taken on a new position where I am unavailable for long spans of time, and as a single home owner feel like Athena would be better off in a new home with a family who can be more suited to her needs. She is up to date with shots although has not been spayed yet due to some complications prior to surgery and has since entered heat. She is fairly aggressive towards smaller animals like cats squirrels, skunks, etc. She grew up with a german shepherd, however has not had much interaction with other dogs so I'm not sure how she would be in those circumstances.
