My husband and I got Louie from a home in California looking for a new owner. They just had their fourth child and just knew he needed more attention then they could give him. He came from a home with a small dog, a pug and a cat and three children under 2 years.
We've had Louie for about 3 years now and he was a great fit for us before we had kids and now we are in the same situation. He is a cuddly older dog who gets along great with cats and small dogs. Loves being outside on walks or hiking very active for an older dog. When he's not on hikes or walks, he curls up on the couch and sleeps all day or plays with our cats. Louie is house trained and leash/harness trained, however he does tend to pull a little and he isn't a fan of running into other dogs bigger then him. We think he has small dog syndrome lol.
He is honestly the best dog we've every had but with our 10 month old , traveling and a baby on the way, he needs a home where he can be the center of attention.
