He takes just a few moments to see that you aren't here to hurt him, then he's ready for love! Hubert is a lap dog, through and through; he would be happiest in a home where cuddling is the main priority, though he is up for walks and adventures as well. Hubert gets along well with other dogs, and enjoys playing and lounging with canine companions, but his true happiness comes from playing and lounging with people. All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home.

Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt.
