My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poptart is a bright and enthusiastic pup who is currently working on his leash skills. He already knows a few basic commands like "sit" and is eager to learn more. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers and Poptart's willingness to work, he has made significant strides in his manners and behavior. Poptart is a social butterfly and loves going to playgroup. He especially enjoys playing with female dogs that match his high energy. His playtime often includes splashing around in water, one of his favorite activities. Poptart's playful nature makes him a joy to watch and be around. Given Poptart's high energy levels and enthusiastic demeanor, he would thrive in an adult-only home or with older children who can match his vigor and understand his needs. Poptart requires a family who can provide him with ample exercise, mental stimulation, and, most importantly, love and patience. If you're ready to welcome this spirited, fun-loving pup into your home and heart, Poptart is waiting to meet you. Come see if you can keep up with this whirlwind of joy and energy! Please note Please note Poptart is currently in a foster home. He is not available for same day meet and greets. If you are interested in learning more about Poptart of scheduling a meet and greet, please email the foster team at foster@cuyahogacounty.us today!

Before you can spend time with a dog, there is a brief questionnaire that you will need to fill out. Our staff will review these questions with you in order to help you decide which dog is the right fit for you, your family, and your lifestyle. This information is confidential and will be used only to assist our staff in determining the best possible placement. Please spend the time necessary to make the best possible decision for you AND the dog you may adopt.
