Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Meet this handsome fella named Trohbles! He and his brother came into the shelter on February 26, 2024 when their owner had too many animals and could no longer keep them. This charming guy came in scared and unsure of shelter life. Leaving behind the life he’s only known can be scary to some dogs with adjusting to new people and living arrangements. May take a few visits for him to warm up to you but once he does you will have a friend in Troubles. Time, love, consistency, and love if what they all need. Thanks to the love of the staff and volunteers Troubles is learning the ropes and settling in, he is 1 year old, current on shots, now neutered, and just a charming guy who will thrive in a home that will help him settle in and feel security and love. Maybe you have the most perfect home for Troubles.

We are a non-profit orginization relying on donations. We do have a contract witht the county to provide shelter for strays brought in. We have limited space but try to get our animals back to thier families and if that can not be accomplished we work hard on finding them new homes.
We do what we do because we love animals. We are realistic in in efforts, understand the problem and work towards educating the public on what needs to be done to prevent over population.
