My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I'm Oreo! Sweet as a cookie and twice as smart. My story? Well, I was living the high life as a professional fetch player. One day, I fetched so hard, I ended up in a different zip code! That's how I landed in this joint. I'm a big fan of the boys - boy dogs that is. Girls are great, but there's something about a good game of chase with a boy that really gets my tail wagging. I'm energetic, loyal, and always up for a game of fetch. I'm not just a one-trick pup though, I've got brains too. If you're looking for a funny, playful, and loving sidekick, then I'm your girl. Let's fetch ourselves a new adventure! I am fixed, chipped and I have all my shots. My foster mom says I am a lot of dog. I am the dog you take on adventures. I get along with kids but I may knock the little ones over. My adoption fee is $300. Oreo absolutely loves the water and carrying her toy around in her mouth. She would love someone that walks, runs, or goes on hikes. I love the water too! Mix it with mud and I am one happy camper.

More about this rescue

We are veterans who came together because of dog rescue. We have similar views and respect for ideals. It is always about the dog with us. We want to make sure that the dog is a good fit for the home that is adopting them. Our dogs have not always had the best life and we believe they all deserve the best life can offer.
