My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Susan B. Anthony is a lovely beagle mix and amateur life coach. Business casual in a soft-white pantsuit, she is aging with a perfect balance of dignity and playfulness, ever ready to perch on the couch to hear your hopes and dreams for the future. A short walk to brainstorm a cover letter? Done. A snuggle to let go of the day's disappointments? Anytime. Her sweetness is bone deep, her patience appears to be without limit. People, dogs - her door is always open. As a practical matter, you must have her. She accepts only TLC.

Submit Application

Please submit an adoption questionnaire for the mutt(s) you are interested in. We will be in touch within 24 hours to connect!

2.

Meet the Pet

If you know who you're interested in, we'll arrange a meeting in person or virtually. If you're still browsing, come to an adoption event!

3.

Take the Pet Home

If you'd like to adopt we have a short finalization process and then you get to take your new dog home!

Additional adoption info

All of our senior mutts are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and given flea/tick/dewormer medication. Regular adoptions are typically $250, and there is no adoption fee for senior adopters and Hospice adoptions, though we love donations to help pay it forward for the next mutt!
