My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little girl was found in a parking lot as a good samaritan was getting in her car. Tulip was tail wags and super friendly. She obviously had been out for a while as she was covered with ticks and fleas, and someone at the place of business said she had been throwing food to her. Tulip was all kisses and snuggles after her vet visit and bath. She loves to play and get the zoomies but she is very much a lap dog kinda girl.
