Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Leo! Leo is a handsome, kind, gentle soul with a scrumptious strawberry-blonde tabby coat. He is 2-3 years old and genuinely loves everyone - dogs, cats, kids, adults - you name it!
Leo loves to cuddle up on a soft blanket, comfy chair, or on you the majority of his time. Other times, he likes to explore the house to meet all of his foster brother & sister dogs & cats. He truly loves to have company, whether that is another animal or having his human by his side. If you talk to him, he will sit & have a full-on conversation with you.
When Leo gets into his playful mood, he is hilarious to watch. He loves to sprint around, playing with his play mice & his tunnel. He loves anything soft & would love a big soft bed. He is not much of a climber or scratcher; he would rather sit on his scratcher or be held instead.
Leo would be amazing as an only pet, especially if you are looking for a cuddle-bug & are home quite often; he deserves all the spoiling! Or, if you are looking for a companion pet, he would be great for that as well.
If you are interested in meeting Leo, please fill out an application via our website at https://therescueproject.net/adoptionapplication and we will get back to you via email once your application has been reviewed. If you have further questions please feel free to reach out to us at adoptionstrp@gmail.com. This will get you the fastest response.
Leo's adoption fee is $75 and includes age appropriate vaccines, neuter, microchip, and testing for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus.
All cats adopted from The Rescue Project are intended to be indoor only cats.
