My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Who is looking for a tiny cuddle bug?

Look no further! Our sweet little Lucky is just 1 year old, 14lbs of cuteness and loooooves snuggling, soft blankets and affection

Lucky is a super smart little boy and learns new tricks quickly. He likes to run and play but also likes to curl up on the couch with his person. He may take a little while to warm up to you, but once he does, he will make a great companion and teeny tiny guard dog He loves dogs, treats, and belly rubs. He is not great on a leash and could use some work on that, so his dream is to have a fenced yard of his own

Lucky is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative and in the Clearwater/Tampa area. His adoption fee is $250 and he's more than ready to be someone's adorable companion!

More about this rescue

We are a non-breed specific dog rescue group, although we do tend to take in mostly large and extra-large breeds, and especially those in the hunting / sporting groups.

Love for Paws exists to protect and advocate for dogs in our community through responsible adoption, the donation of supplies and veterinary care to those in need, by assisting in the effort to limit the overpopulation of these animals and by promoting kindness and healthy opportunity for life.
