Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Miss Luna was an owner surrender. She's a very sweet girl with A LOT of energy. She would need a home with no small children. Older children would be fine. She could benefit from some training. She does pull on leash a little bit, but our volunteers say she does great after her initial zoomies. Very happy girl looking for her forever home!
Luna is 1-3 year old She is a lab mix; she is around 30 to 40lbs.
Characteristics: she can be shy of new people. But with others she is very friendly. Basically, take it slow and once she gets to know you she will love you. Very playful and wants to play all the time with anything and everything. She is up to date on all of her vaccinations and has been spayed. More about this rescue
The mission of Castoff Pet Rescue is to save and nurture homeless dogs; to match companion animals with loving, life-long homes; to foster responsible pet care; to control overpopulation in our community through spay/neuter programs; and to assist other shelters and rescue groups in any endeavor to benefit the animals. We believe that the same kindness, compassion, and generosity we extend to our two-legged neighbors should be given to our four-legged friends because they are not able to speak for themselves.
