My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Alex, a big-hearted brown tabby with a strikingly handsome coat and a gentle soul to match. This dashing gentleman is more than just his good looks - he’s a sweet and affectionate companion who adores spending time with his favorite humans.

Alex is a big boy with an even bigger capacity for love. Whether he’s lounging in the sun, soaking up gentle head rubs, or simply sitting by your side, Alex brings a sense of warmth and comfort wherever he goes. His purrs are like a soothing melody, and his presence is sure to brighten even the gloomiest of days.

If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion who will be your cuddle buddy and best friend, Alex is ready to steal your heart. Come meet this sweet and handsome tabby - you’ll be smitten in no time!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
