My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Niko came to us as a 5 week old kitten that had been left behind by mom. He was at the back door crying at the smell of bacon. We cleaned him up and tried to find a home for him. Unfortunately I didn't know about adopt a pet. Niko is 7 Years old and a very shy boy. He is a loving kitty. Because of his beautiful coat, he needs and likes to be groomed. He also loves his sister and loves to cuddle. He sleeps with me at night but can be skittish. He does take awhile to warm up and will need his litter box close by until he does. Niko will let you know when he doesn't like something and his claws are sharp. He has only been inside with an another cat and dog who are his best friends. My husband has been so sick with allergies and it breaks my heart to have to rehome him. He needs a home and person that will take their time with him and then you will be his person.
