PALS is participating in NBC's Clear the Shelters Campaign, so Buddy's adoption fee is fully sponsored. He is a sweet heart of a guy who was dumped at the shelter one afternoon. He was dehydrated, emaciated and weighed only 29 pounds. He's gained weight and is now almost 40 pounds, his tail is always wagging and he is the happiest of dogs. He absolutely loves belly rubs and knows to assume the position every chance he gets! This dog deserves a good home and a good life!
