Meet our Adoptable Dog, Clementine!

We estimate that Clementine is about 3 years old. Her and her babies were found as strays under an abandoned building in Georgia

At first, Clementine was super nervous about being rescued as her pups were only a couple of weeks old, and she had been raising them by herself under this abandoned building Thankfully animal control helped catch her and her pups. Clementine absolutely thrived once she was placed into a loving foster home and completely relaxed. She was so grateful & became a different dog!

Clementine is super dog friendly, she adores everybody she meets and loves kids! Thankfully she is negative for HW

She walks well on a leash, and is fully crate and potty trained. Clementine sleeps through the night and walks by your side, she just wants to be with you! She has been the BEST Mama to her pups and raised them well but now it’s Mama’s turn to find a family of her own and be someone’s beloved PET.

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers. We focus on rescuing dogs from rural shelters and streets in the surrounding areas of Charleston, South Carolina. We believe every paw has a tale.
