Cedar will be 6 months on April 27th. He is a pure breed beagle who loves to cuddle and has a ton of energy. I am looking for someone who has a house and a lot of time on their hands to give him attention and love. For the most part he does use the bathroom on the puppy training pads, but could use more training.
