My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Superb Owl, a former street cat who has faced the harsh realities of life on his own so truly appreciates all that the cozy indoor life has to offer. Despite his tough exterior, Superb Owl is a giant softie.  He surprised everyone when he turned out to be a secret lap cat who loves nothing more than curling up on his human's lap or next to them on the couch.

Superb Owl loves to chase, wrestle, and nap but what he loves most of all is his person. He will follow you around, always look for a spot on your lap, and claim your bed as his own at night. When you have a Superb Owl, you will never be alone. He peacefully exists with other cats, but they need to gain his trust and affection before he's willing to take on a new playmate.

Superb Owl tested positive for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus ("FIV") which causes a weakening of a cat's immune system. Most cats that have FIV live long, normal lives, both in quality and longevity.

Prior to adoption, all cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, and microchipped.

This cat is in a foster home. More information about this cat and all of our adoptable cats can be found at www.thedancingcat.org/cats. Our adoption application can be found at www.thedancingcat.org/adopt.
