Double the purrs, double the love! Meet Buttons, sidekick to her sister Boop. This delightful duo is ready to be your feline best friends! These two-year-old sisters are both playful, sweet companions who love to snooze in your lap. Buttons is laid-back, happy to snuggle in your clothes, sleep on the warm dryers, or nap next to you while you work. An affectionate girl, Buttons will be the first to greet you when you arrive home! Fun-loving Boop adores all toys, especially those with feathers, but chasing a laser is the cat’s meow. These curious kitties enjoy following you around, but the girls are also happy to be independent. Avid window-watchers, Boop and Buttons are easily entertained by the birds and squirrels outside. These green-eyed beauties are light-brown tabbies, and Boop has a distinctive orange ring around her neck. Both cats are spayed and house-trained and play well with other cats. Although listed separately, as bonded siblings, the cats must be adopted together. No two ways about it, Boop and Buttons are ready to bring their joy and cuddles to your home!
This pet is located in Houston, TX. After you fill out the application, and become an approved adopter, we will schedule a virtual meet and greet with the foster and the little one. After that, we will make arrangements to have the pet transported by van or flown to the Seattle area. The process of arranging the travel and getting the animal here, on average, takes 2-3 weeks, depending on availability of the transporters and your availability to meet them. We understand this process is not as easy as walking into a shelter and immediately adopting a pet, but getting animals out of Houston and the surrounding areas is the only viable chance many of them have, so we appreciate your understanding during this process. We do not accept ANY adoption fees ahead of the pet's arrival, until the pet is with you. We also understand adopting a pet you have not seen in person can be a bit worrisome, especially if other animals are involved. During the adoption process we do our best to convey the personality and allowances of each pet. This is where the foster's involvement is vital. The fosters have the animals often for an extended period of time, and have gotten to know them well. In saying that, not everything is predictable. If things are not what you expect, we have resources on the Seattle side to take the animal back. If possible, we would appreciate, if the situation allows, for you to foster the pet until a new home is found. If that is not possible, we also understand that, and will take them back regardless.
