Here's what the humans have to say about me:
From a scant 18 lbs. to a healthy 26 lbs., little Bailey has gone from starved to being the latest star at the shelter after his ride from WV where the first 10 months of his life were quite sad from neglect. The little black dog looks like a mini-Labrador retriever (oh, don't we wish?), but it's more likely some small dog breed, like a beagle is responsible for his diminutive size. The iphone labelled him an Australian kelpie -- so even the phone was confused. Whatever Bailey "is", doesn't matter nearly as much as what he can and will be with a loving family. Friendly from the moment he was surrounded by admiring volunteers, Bailey -- at less than a year old -- will be getting lots of well-deserved attention.
