Meet Sheldon! Sheldon was adopted from the shelter as a young puppy but sadly, in less than a year, he finds himself back at the shelter again. Sometimes adopters don't understand that puppies require training and no dog comes pre-programmed. Sheldon has proven himself to be a very smart and capable learner for anyone willing to take the time to bond with him through training. He loves to chase balls, toys, and frisbees (he's still working on bringing them back) and he's very treat-motivated, which makes him an easy student! Sheldon desperately wants to be a lap dog and will crawl onto you for cuddles whenever he gets the chance. We believe Sheldon would fit nicely into an active home where he is given the love and patience he deserves to help him grow into his best self! Are you ready to be Sheldon's forever?
