Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Stormy is a sweet husky needing an experienced husky owner. She was attacked by other dogs and has lost her ears.
Note from her foster mom:
Stormy is large and small dog friendly. She will chase a cat but only to play she does not show any aggression at all. She will jump on you when she wants to play. If you have a treat in your hand she knows the sit command so tell her to sit for the treat. She is crate trained to sleep in a crate at night so she knows bed stormy and will go to bed. She is house trained and has not had an accident. She loves kids. She does not like walking on a leash around her neck but walked great with a chest harness. Talk to her she will talk back to you , she loves being held on the floor she will climb in you lap and lay with you. She loves to give love and kisses. She can’t be outside in the rain due to her ears have to stay dry. When bathing her she has to have cleaning solution put in her ears to dry any water that might have got in them . All her legs are fine she still babies the front one from how long it took her to heal but watch her run on all fours she does limp out of habit now. Silly girl . She will play fetch with a ball and bring it back to you also . I could go on about how perfect she is. She is husky so she will dig holes in your yard and she can catch a squirrel. She needs lots of toys. She is prone to ear infections so I also have her ear meds I keep on hand for her . She loves me cleaning and rubbing her ears while she sits in my lap I clean them once a week with a q tip. Her missing hair on her legs will probably never grow back. She’s a good girl. Looking for her furever home!
