Izzy is a very smart fellow. He has some perfect manners as he signals to go outside and seems to understand every thing you say. He loves toys and play time. A fenced yard would make him very happy. He loves cuddles and belly rubs. He is neutered , chipped and UTD on vaccines. My foster dad says I don’t know a stranger and my tail is always wagging.
