My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Phoebe was surrendered to the shelter on February 4, 2024 by her family after she kept getting loose and causing mischief with the neighbor's chickens. She needs a family that can give her the time attention that she desires. A fenced yard would be great or neighbors without chickens or cats. Phoebe is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. Please submit an application if interested in adopting her. She loves to cuddle and knows basic commands. Adoption fee is $100.00

More about this shelter

Our shelter is staffed by only 2 employees so we greatly depend on volunteers to help care for our animals.
We work very closely with rescue groups to help move our dogs out of the shelter quickly. Our goal is to never have to euthanize for space. We cannot do that without rescue assistance because our adoption rates are very low.
