My story

At 2 and 1/2 years old, this tiny cuddly ball of love is fully grown at 30 lbs - Olive is just an itty-bitty lady!

Olive was found in an abandoned park in Philadelphia, tucked away and tied to an old guard rail along with another dog. They were just left there to die by some heartless soul. Thankfully, Animal Control found them and Eleventh Hour Rescue stepped in to save them and find them homes. Olive is a little nervous gal considering what she has been through but instantly warms up and is ready to be on your lap, picked up, cuddled, and kissed! She is the epitome of a lap dog, and will lay on your lap while you work at a desk.

Olive is amazing on leash, extremely intelligent, and the world's best cuddler. She is good with dogs but if she were to live with one, it should be a bigger, calm dog. Her perfect fairy tale home would be with someone who is home more often than not and as an only dog!

Eleventh Hour Rescue, based in Morris County NJ, is a primarily volunteer run, no-kill rescue that saves animals on Death Row from high-kill shelters. Eleventh Hour Rescue dogs and cats are cared for by our compassionate and dedicated team of volunteers and staff. Whether in foster homes, our kennel or adoption centers, each dog and cat receives a clean and safe living environment, fresh food and water, medical attention, and most importantly an abundance of love and care until they find their FURever homes. We are dedicated to educating the community about the animal over-population problem and the importance of spaying and neutering. All funds go directly to supporting our animals and their needs. We are an eligible charity under federal code 501(c)3 founded in 2004.
