My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ginger was stray in another city. She has been in foster for a few weeks and is now ready for adoption. She has a lot of puppy in her in spite of being 2 yrs old. She loves to play, run and go for walks. She will lift her paw when she sees a squirrel and will pursue given the chance. She has good inside manners and loves to snuggle. Ginger's foster has a privacy fence and she did manage to propel herself over a couple of times then ran around to the front door. She will need fencing to keep her safe or leash walking when outside. She has done very good with housetraining. A little training would be wonderful for her since it seems she had none during her life. She is smart and will have great manners with some basic training. 2 yrs 42 lb. Spay, microchip, vaccines provided.

More about this rescue

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue was founded by a team of volunteers with many years of experience in pet rescue. With over 20,000 companion animals being euthanized each year in the Midlands of SC, our goal is to save as many as possible from this dreadful fate. Rescue is expensive, so your help is needed in order for us to save lives. Each pet receives prompt medical attention, is spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped before being adopted into a loving home. Medical care is our main expense. We also must purchase microchips, heartworm and flea preventions, food and many other supplies. We are an ethical group of volunteers who promises to use every penny for the rescue, care and adoption of pets in need. All donations are tax deductible. No Paid Staff!! Click our PAYPAL link below or mail your check to PO Box 4335, Irmo, SC 29063 THANK YOU!!!
