My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokey is the sweetest boy! He is a middle-aged, mellow man at 5 years old. He loves to relax on the couch and watch TV and be with his people. He truly loves all people and greets strangers with happy tail wags. He is crate trained and potty trained and now sleeps in bed at night, but will also sleep on a dog bed if that’s preferred. He is integrated in his foster home very well with the other large resident dog. He loves to play with toys and roam around the backyard and just be with his family. He really is a great and easy dog to have. His foster family says he is a great companion.

LifeLine embraces the Adopters Welcome approach. This philosophy encourages conversation-based and open-minded adoptions, enabling us to find more homes for our shelter pets without unnecessary judgment.
We have many wonderful pets waiting to be yours! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.

Monday – Friday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
Closed these holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
