My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Poptart! As her name suggests, she has a “sugary sweet” personality.

Poptart loves boxes. ALL BOXES. Square, rectangular, large or small—if she fits, she sits. She loves to spend her time lounging the day away from her prized box of the day (or a cat bed, if those aren’t available), and playing “hide and seek”. She loves it when her foster parents jump out at her and will hop from box to box to hide!

Poptart isn’t a clingy cat by any means, but does like to be “in the action” and takes her job as household supervisor seriously. She runs a tight ship and makes sure she’s sitting around to watch if dad is putting the laundry in the dryer correctly, mom’s not missing any spots washing dishes, and the kiddo is reading that book at night.

But it’s not all work and no play; for a job well done, Poptart rewards the family with the privilege of giving her head scritches, playing together with string, or carrying her around the house like the princess she is.

Poptart came to Saving Hope after a family found her wandering near their home in the country, where she clearly did not belong! Although she’s comfortable in her temporary supervisor role with her foster family, she’s looking to find a position that pays full time. Maybe it’s at your house? Poptart is fully vetted and has excellent litter manners.
