My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bandit – The Energetic Senior Poodle Looking for His Forever Home

Bandit is a 16-year-old poodle with the heart and energy of a much younger dog! Despite his age, Bandit loves to show off his playful side and keeps up with the younger pups with ease. He recently had a dental and now only has 4 teeth.

Bandit is available for adoption through Rainbow Bridge Hospice Rescue and is seeking a loving home where he can enjoy his golden years. He’s healthy and full of life, proving that age is just a number! Bandit would make a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates the charm and loyalty of a senior dog.

Bandit’s Ideal Home:

  • A home that appreciates the energy and love of a senior dog
  • Someone who can provide him with attention, love, and plenty of cozy spots to relax
  • A family who will enjoy his company as much as he enjoys theirs

Bandit has so much love to give and is ready to bring joy to his new family. If you’re looking for a dog who has both experience and energy, Bandit is your guy!

More about this rescue

We bring in the senior dogs and medically needy dogs.
We are a small rescue making a difference in the world. No dog deserves to dumped in a shelter after giving their entire life to a family.

I had locked myself away from the world back in 2010. I saw this tiny ShihTzu on the news that had been saved from a puppy mill bust. I adopted Princess Reagan Marie and she saved my life. I wanted to help other dogs so I started fostering. In May 2021 I open my rescue.
