My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Indoor only*

Mochi loves two things the most: her people, and her food. She likes to take up all your attention when she can. She even gives kisses, and asks for more head scritches if she hasn't quite gotten her fill.

Her foster mom says: "This beauty is quite the stuffed potato. She follows me, so I walk around the basement to get her to exercise! Mochi has also really enjoyed her food puzzle, sitting on the back of the couch, and watching bird videos on YouTube. She even lets her foster mom pick her up and carry her around.

Mochi is loving life in her foster home, and she's ready for her furrever family. Her favorite toys are string wands and she's become a champion at using her scratchers!

Adoption fee of $50 includes spay/neuter, FIV and FELV combo test, up-to-date rabies and distemper vaccinations, deworming treatments, flea treatments, and microchip.

More about this rescue

Shadow Cats TNR (SCTNR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to assisting animals in need. Our mission is to establish and manage programs for the welfare of community cats, companion animals, and pet owners needing assistance, in collaboration with other community partners, rescue groups and shelters.

We specialize in controlling the community cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). As a result of the TNR process, we often acquire, along with feral cats, friendly and semi-friendly cats and kittens. We work to place these cats into appropriate homes through our adoption and barn cat programs. SCTNR seeks to educate the public on the importance of spaying/neutering all pets as well as controlling the cat populations in our county.
