Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please visit leiashope.org for our adoption process.
Bell Bottom (Bell) is a spunky puppy that likes to play and is curious of the world around her but also a little nervous of the big world!
Bell was released from the breeder when she didn't sell and was no longer an asset to the breeder but just another mouth to feed. She likes to play with other dogs but bigger dogs are a little intimidating to her right now.
Bell would likely do well with kids as she has the energy to keep up with them but also likes to cuddle.
Bell's adoption is $500. She has not been spayed due to her young age (we spay at 6 months). A spay contract will be required and we will cover the cost of the spay if using our vet in Monticello, IL. Bell is current on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped and on monthly flea and heart worm prevention. Visit leiashope.org for next steps.
PLEASE NOTE: We are a volunteer ran rescue with full time jobs. Please allow 7-10 days for application processing.
All of our dogs are in foster homes and a meet and greet is done ONLY after an approved application.
We do adopt out of the area. However, we do not ship or provide transportation. You must come to the location of the dog to meet and adopt. NO EXCEPTION. All family members and dogs must be present at the meet.
Dogs are a commitment for THEIR lifetime. For puppies this could be 15 years. If YOU cannot commit to the lifetime of the DOG, please do not apply. Puppies under 9 months must go to a home where there is someone home frequently (works from home or a partner is home), can adequately socialize and train the puppy, and can keep up with puppy energy!
