My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Peter, who is a very sweet, chill, and social 13 year old male tabby cat. He needs a forever home, a good owner who will care for him properly for the rest of his life. He is diabetic, but he takes a daily pill (Bexacat) for diabetes without a problem (he does not require insulin, no injections!), and has a special diet that's easy to manage (canned Purina Diabetic Management food). He is very calm, cute, funny, and will be a wonderful cat for someone looking for a relaxed buddy who just wants to hang out and be loved. He thrives in a calm environment and loves to follow you around and be close and will probably want to sleep in your bed. He has lived with other cats before and likely will be okay with another cat (with gradual introduction). His recent vet visit showed great blood sugar so the Bexacat is working well! He loves to play with a cat charmer wand and a catnip-stuffed banana. Otherwise, he's as easygoing as can be, a very good boy, and deserves a good home. Thanks!
