We rescued Skyler with her 3 pups, plus (total of 18) from a hoarding situation where because of not being responsible to get their dogs spay or neuter resulted in over 38 dogs/puppies in need of an emergency Rescue! Skyler is a 2 yr. old Terrier mix weighing about 9 lbs.! She is house trained & uses the doggy door! She is getting better with her anxiety when left alone! She loves my husband & wants to be with him always or at least in her sight! She plays well with other dogs & kids but really wants a stable committed furever home, preferably a man in the home and someone that stays home with her! She will dart if she gets a chance so we are working on harness & leash training! Groomer required! Her vaccines are up to date, she is microchipped, spayed, and has her rabies shot.

Hi, My name is Marianna. 15 years ago during my last trimester of my pregnancy, I have rescued 5 m old puppy pit bull, who was emaciated, locked in the shed, and under socialized. 2 weeks later, the puppy has prevented me from drifting into diabetic coma by waking me up while I was laying on the couch. I named him 2nd Chance, or Chancey, or Momma' Boy. As much as I have saved him, he has saved our then unborn daughter and also me.
When my daughter turned 5 months old, I have decided to start rescuing pit bulls from the public, and also, the shelters. My life has been changed forever by rescuing the most abused and neglected breed in US. I feel that now my life has a purpose. Today, I am a mom, Human Resources Professional, friend, and the Rescuer. I am honored to be able to rescue fur kids and find them great homes.
