My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tank...he is a 2 year old neutered male terrier who came in as a stray and has not been claimed. He is friendly and enjoys being petted. He loves back scratches, but doesn't like when he is hugged from the back. It makes him nervous. We recommend NO children. He knows sit. He is great on a leash! He will walk right next to you. He is ok passing and being around other dogs but a meet and greet is always needed if you have other pets. We are located at 25555 Northline Rd. We are open Monday thru Friday from 9-11:30 am and 12:30-3 pm. We will also be open every Saturday in March from 9-11:30am and 12:30-3pm.

More about this shelter

The Taylor Animal Shelter is a municipal ran no-kill shelter for adoptable dogs and cats. The shelter provides many services, such as animal adoptions, lost and found animals, licensing, animal rescue within the city, and responding to the complaints of residents regarding neglected and loose animals. Our goal is to get every animal that comes through the shelter into the forever home they deserve. We have a variety of dogs and cats available through out the year for adoption so please come in and see these wonderful pets.
