My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Give a Senior Dog a Second Chance: Love Knows No Age!

Bree isn’t your ordinary senior dog—she’s a quiet soul with a heart full of love, just waiting for someone to call her family. This sweet girl has spent the last month in a foster home, and here’s what her foster mom has to say:

- Kid Approved! Bree is gentle and patient, living happily with a 7-year-old and a 5-year-old. She even prefers hanging out with kids!
- House & Kennel Trained – She’s a polite lady with perfect manners. No messes, no stress! *It`s best that she is kenneled when she is home alone*
- Loves the Outdoors – Bree would be the perfect walking buddy. She enjoys exploring, but never pulls or drags behind.
- Quiet & Calm – Not much of a barker, just a peaceful presence in your home.
- Roommate Preferences – Bree would thrive as the only dog in the home or with another senior dog. She understands the mellow vibe of older pups.
- Low Maintenance Love – Bree isn’t clingy. She’s content sitting quietly by your side, keeping you company while you read or relax.
- Bree may have some silver on her muzzle, but she still has so much love to give. Adopting a senior dog like her means gaining a loyal friend who knows the value of companionship—and she’ll be forever grateful to have a place to call home.

Could your family be the one to give Bree the love she deserves?

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process consist of filling out an agreement document that specifies the adopter will have the adopted animal vaccinated for rabies and spayed/neutered as needed, within an appropriate time period. Currently the adoption fee is $50, but $40 of that comes back in the form of a voucher than can be used at local veterinarians for the rabies vaccination and/or spay/neuter procedure.
