Meet Cowboy the rat terrier puppy! Cowboy was surrendered to our rescue by a backyard breeder in South Miami. Poor Cowboy has only known a life outside in the hot Florida sun. Cowboy is now rescued and loving every minute of the inside life. Cowboy is crate trained and working on house training with his foster family. Cowboy loves to be a part of the family, he is a very silly little puppy. He loves other dogs and cats. Cowboy would make an amazing pet for a family with children.
