How about a “fun loving, playful, yet affectionate, eager to please, other dog loving, cat loving, child and adult loving” dog? All that and once over the Zoomies of meeting you, I do settle down.
Well, “that’s me in a nut shell”! “I’m RIP!”, a 1 year old, about 80# boy that lives and plays daily with other dogs, can be acclimated to cats, love kids, adults and strangers, just seeming to be a “go with the flow” type of guy . Don’t get me wrong, I do have some training needs since I’m with a rescue in a kennel environment, but we Catahoula dogs are know to be very intelligent, fast learners and I am treat motivated.
Needing daily exercise like walks, fetch and maybe frisbee, I do settle down, am a soft mouth boy when playing and dearly love my person. A fenced in yard is best, but not required.
Known as a “Velcro Boy” at the rescue, once yours, my person time I do take to heart! LOVE ON ME PLEASE MOM/DAD!

DOB: 12/11/23 Pups are purebred Catahoula Leopards. We have 5 (4 boys/1 girl). They are spayed/neutered and ready for homes. All are very friendly with people and other dogs.
To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Fill the form out completely, print, scan and email back to mollysplace@verizon.net. You must obtain pre-approval prior to visiting the dog or cat. Adoptions fees include the following: spay/neuter surgery, microchip and registration, age appropriate vaccinations, initial dewormings, Activyl for fleas, tested for FeLV and FIV (cats only), bubble bath prior to going home (dogs only) WE do not "HOLD" animals without an approved application and a non-refundable/non-transferable paid adoption fee. Adoptions are on a first come, first serve basis. We can not send extra pictures. WE do not ship, you must pick up the pet. Kitties must be transported in a secure cat carrier. Pooches require a "martingale" collar and a non-retractable leash.
