Check out SALSA! This girl is nearly perfect!

Salsa knows many commands and learns very quickly. She was strong on a leash but is doing much better thanks to the long walks and hard work her foster family provides! Salsa is crate trained and knows to wait till given the command to eat.

Salsa loves people and kids (she is a huge hit at the bus stop) but doesn't realize how big she is so we recommend kids 8 and up. She enjoys most dogs she meets on walks. Salsa lives with a 9 pound Poodle and gets along great with him but she plays as if he is her size so we would like to place her with dogs closer to her size. She arrived to our rescue at 62#'s but has gained some weight.

Salsa is spayed and heartworm negative. She is current on vaccines and approximately 4 years old. Salsa does NOT like cats!

ADOPTION DETAILS: At this time, due to the size of our rescue, adoptions are limited to NORTH CAROLINA, SOUTH CAROLINA, VIRGINIA and +/-6 hours from Chapel Hill, NC. ADOPTION FEE: Our total adoption fee is $400, including a non-refundable $25 application fee. Fee can be paid using the 'DONATE' button on our website (www.RottweilerHeartsRescue.org) - please indicate in the notes that it is for an application fee, and the intended dog.
