Harriet's previous life is unknown to us, but it's obvious she had a tough life. She arrived pregnant and delivered 3 beautiful puppies and has been a fantastic mom!
Harriet is very shy and trying very hard to be the best version of herself. She's good with other dogs and is working on potty training.

Adoptable Friends, NFP is a new nonprofit located near Mundelein, IL. We are presently operating as a foster-based rescue with plans to rehabilitate the kennel (“Bark Boulevard”) and cat facility (“Meow Manor”) that sit on our five acre, wooded property.

At Adoptable Friends, NFP, our mission is to place adoptable animals in permanent, loving homes while embracing green best practices. Our progressive philosophy emphasizes fear-free handling and training and we strive to operate as a steward of the environment. Our organization isn’t exclusive to dogs and cats, we will care for and find homes for any animal in need.
