This sweet and social butterfly was surrendered by a backyard breeder in the mountains of Puerto Rico.
Chispy is out going, affectionate and playful! She has met a cat, with no issues, loves to play with dogs,loves to smother her people with kisses !
Chispy walks well on the leash, rides great in the car, loves to snuggle in bed, & is super smart and silly.
Chipsy might need a slow intro to men, as she’s a bit more cautious and nervous at first.
She is so outgoing otherwise and a lot of fun!
