My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shakira is an adorable young female dog born on August 12, 2022. With her sweet, goofy, and playful personality, Shakira is sure to bring endless joy and laughter to your home. Her gentle nature and love for toys make her an excellent companion for families who enjoy a lively and affectionate furry friend. Shakira is dog-friendly, making her a great addition to homes with other canine companions.

While Shakira is naturally playful and loving, she may benefit from some training to help her adjust to her new environment and learn basic commands. With patience and positive reinforcement, Shakira will quickly become a well-mannered and cherished member of your family.

More about this rescue

We are dedicated to saving dogs from high kill shelters, strays, owner surrenders and hoarders. We have been saving animals since December 2016. We hold weekly adoption events at various pet stores and pet expos. We hire dog walkers to walk our dogs and we have volunteers who help us weekly. Many of our dogs go to boarding and training to become adoptable and work on their behavioral issues. All our dogs are assessed to find a great family match.

All dogs receive all necessary medical attention and all dogs are vetted.
