Meet Rupert, the happiest boy in the whole wide world!!

5 yr old goodest boy Rupert was dumped in a rural area where the euthanasia rate at the county shelter is extremely HIGH! Luckily this shelter does have some very dedicated volunteers who network and advocate for the dogs and work so so hard to get them out before their 3 day time limit is up.

Rupert is great with literally everyone…dogs, cats, new people…everyone is potential new BFF material in Rupert’s book! He also LOVES car rides and going on outings (even to the vet!). He would love to find his new BFF and forever home where he never ever has to worry about being abandoned again! Sound like you??
