One of our 39 Katrina survivors, Bowie got her name for the obvious: she has one blue eye just like David Bowie. What makes her more special is that she's also deaf. But that doesn't slow her down a bit. And if you're wondering if this dog is as beautiful in person as in her photo, well the answer is 'YES"!!!
