Here's what the humans have to say about me:
It is with pleasure that I introduce you to Sabina (affectionately known as Bina-girl or Sabiner)! Despite her fierce appearance, this long-haired beauty is a total sweetheart and has become a bestie to all to know her. She came to TCPR as one of three cats left behind when someone moved out. Since being in the comfort of a foster home, Sabina has become a window-watcher or nap-taker by day, and an avid hunter/chaser by night.
With the curiosity that precedes all cat-kind, she eagerly explores new environments and has proven herself as quite clever. Once she deems you as a friend, prepare for a companionship that is second to none. If she sees an empty spot on the couch or bed, she will join you, but don't count on her hopping into your lap. She seems to dislike being picked up, but she gladly accepts cheek scratches from the first free hand she can find! Sabina can be a bit of a drama queen with her food. She seems to like chicken flavored kibble and vocally requests wet food at meal times.
Most recently, she has thrived in a quiet foster home where she is the only pet. She is OK with other cats and dogs, but needs a slow introduction and comfort/reassurance from a befriended human if meeting other pets, given her recent quiet environment.
Sabina is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age.

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
