My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sabina came to Twin Cities Pet Rescue after she was left in a house with two other cats when someone moved out. Poor baby. She is a sweet, nice girl and currently living as the only cat in a quiet foster home. She easily adjusts to new environments and loves toys and cat nip. FYI, she is not a big fan of car rides.

She does ok with other cats and seems not to mind dogs but if she is adopted into a home with another cat or dog, slow intros will be needed!. Sabina can be just a bit of a drama queen about what type of food she likes. She is currently eating dry food, Chicken flavor, and she likes that type. She also likes wet food, and verbally requests it at dinner time!

Sabina is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age.

More about this rescue

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
