My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Willow, a stunning brindle Akita who is sure to capture your heart. When Willow first arrived, she was very withdrawn, often pancaking and showing uncertainty, which is understandable given her background. She needed to learn how to be a happy dog, and fortunately, we have amazing individuals who have taken Willow under their wings and worked wonders with her.

Today, Willow confidently walks down busy streets on a leash and behaves well in a home setting. She is crate trained, housebroken, and with a little time to warm up, she will become your best friend. We believe Willow would thrive in a home with a confident male dog to help her feel secure and be her playmate.

Are you ready to give this deserving sweetheart a forever home? Please go to our website at www.bigeastakitarescue.org and put in your application for Willow.
