Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cecilia/CeCe came to us as an owner surrender after there was changes in the home. When CeCe came, she was under medical care for some time due to allergies and her skin needed to be treated. CeCe will need long time care for her allergies but with a good diet and her baths she will be all set. She knows basic commands walks well on leash and a love bug. she seems open to others so as always, a meet and greet is required.
