Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Skeeter, the epitome of sweetness! This lovable pup thrives on playtime with other dogs and frolicking in the yard. He's a fan of leisurely walks and cherishes spending time with his favorite people. Trust us, pictures don't capture the full beauty of this boy! Skeeter is bursting with excitement to find his forever home in Wisconsin. Ready to make Skeeter a cherished member of your family?
FEE INCLUDES: Adopting an adult dog (6 months or older) includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention, heartworm testing, and microchipping.
For dogs under 6 months, they receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and microchipping. All dogs are spayed/neutered by 6 months, covered within the adoption fee. The procedure must be done at one of our partner clinics.
To begin the adoption process, please submit an application on our website: www.hbwi.org/adopt. Once approved, you'll have the opportunity to meet our available dogs. Following the meeting, you can initiate a 5-day Adoption Trial, allowing you to take the dog home. This trial period is designed to ensure the dog is a match for you and aligns with your lifestyle. After the 5-day trial, if all goes well, the adoption will be finalized. Additionally, we require a home visit once the dog is settled in its new home to ensure a smooth transition for both the dog and the adopter.
